30-Day Returns Policy

At Maison Ruff, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your hat, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your hat must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

Returns are accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect item received

• Faulty or damaged products

• Items that arrive not as described

Please note:

As each Custom Cap is made specifically to your chosen design, personalised and custom embroidered products cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons. However, if your custom item arrives with a manufacturing fault, embroidery defect, or does not match the personalisation details submitted with your order, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Stains, odours, fading, or discolouration resulting from regular use

• Damage caused by machine washing, soaking, tumble drying, bleaching, or harsh cleaning products

• Changes in shape caused by incorrect storage or handling

• Change-of-mind returns on personalised or custom embroidered products

To request a return, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
